Mt. Nebo Marching Band Competition 9-24-11

The first competition of the year, Mt Nebo Marching Band Competition,  is held at Payson High School.
The first competition brings with it all of the nervous anxiety, will I remember the drill, what if I drop my flag, rifle or sabre?  What if my hair and makeup isn't the way it is suupposed to be.  But in the end, none of that matters, the girls all looked GREAT.  Some flags, rifles and sabre's were dropped, but the show was WONDERFUL! and in the end AMERICAN FORK COLOR GUARD and MARCHING BAND came home with the FIRST PLACE trophy and all four of the special caption awards.  It was a GREAT day!
